Portal „Ukrainian Wood Market”, accessible to the basic address www.woodex.ua, renders services on the conditions specified in the given document.

Woodex.ua reserves the right to change these general conditions at any time. Change of these general conditions will occur by mere posting of a new and modified version of the General Conditions on : http://en.woodex.ua/terms-of-use/.

By using Woodex.ua services, Member agrees in advance that each use will be subject to the then applicable version of the General Conditions..

Conditions of access:

You look through pages and use services of sites of portal exclusively voluntary and take on the personal responsibility for the actions, according to laws of Ukraine, and also the country in which you are physically present and according to the international agreements.

The administration of the project does not carry responsibility for the contents of advertising and information materials which are placed on pages of portal, and also for consequences of their publication. The administration of a portal does not carry the responsibility for possible discrepancy of promotional materials of an actual opportunity of advertisers to provide execution of the conditions declared in their promotional materials.

The administration of project does not carry the responsibility for the contents of information materials (news, articles etc.) which are placed on pages of a portal, and also for consequences of their publication, and marks, that opinion of authors of articles placed on pages of a portal, can not coincide with opinion of administration of portal.

The rules of accommodation:

At the publication of information on portal it’s forbidden to place materials:

·     The pornographic and obscene contents;

·     Containing elements of violence;

·     Breaking copyrights;

      ·    Spam and viruses;

·     Illegally received private and confidential information,

·    Information which are forbidden by the legislation of Ukraine.

Conditions of maintenance of work services:

Free-of-charge services are given without any guarantees from administration of portal. Changes in work of services, and also a full or temporary suspension in their work can be made by administration of a portal in unilaterally and without warnings.

The administration does not guarantee absence of errors or failures, including in work of the software.

The administration tries to ensure the functioning of a portal in 99.5 % of time in calendar to year, including all holidays.

The administration will use the best efforts for elimination of possible failures or errors in case of their occurrence during as much as possible short time.

Conditions of copying information

Partial or full copying of information from pages of a portal (sites of a portal) is authorized only at the indication of the link to a source: WoodEx.ua (for network editions — hyperlinks in the form of: www.woodex.ua).

In case of when near the information which you copy from our pages, the source of its reception is specified by us or the authorship of the information is necessary, except for the link to our portal, to specify the link to the primary source. (For example: It is given Woodex.ua referring to agency “News ").

Refusal of a guarantee

The administration of project undertakes its best efforts to fulfil the needs of Members, but has no obligation of result whatsoever.

The administration does not guarantee that services will correspond to your requirements, to be given continuously and correctly.

The administration does not guarantee that quality of goods, services or the information got or received by means of a portal, will correspond to your expectations or requirements.

Uploading of any information or materials from a portal is carried out at own risk. You are completely responsible for loss of the information or the harm, rendered to your computer owing to uploading the information from a portal.

The given Agreement has character of the public offer, is an equivalent of the "oral contract” and in conformity from item 153-160 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, has a corresponding validity.
